Job Description

We are seeking a Training Coordinator to become an integral part of our team! You will design and conduct training programs to improve individual and organizational performance. 

Human Resource Duties Include:

  • Prepares, maintains and updates personnel/contractor records.
  • Assists in preparation of reports and electronic tools.
  • Conducts follow-up for employees to maintain timeliness of document submittals
  • Conducts follow-up to ensure compliance with all references, license verification and other related record checks as needed.
  • Ensures and/or completes required monthly and annual background checks.
  • Assist in the maintenance of all logs related to employee, contractors and training records are updated and uploaded as a E-File.

Training Duties Include: Responsible for developing training for all Group Effort staff specific to their job responsibilities which includes:

  • Teaching Family Model pre-service; advanced training workshops (i.e., Trainer Training, Consultation, Evaluation);
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI); First Aid/CPR;
  • Monthly in-service trainings for all Family Teachers in specialized areas based on the population served and to insure they meet training hours according to licensing requirements.
  • Assist with the maintaining, updating, and revise training manuals and materials;
  • Develop pool of qualified trainers (i.e., supervisors, Certified Family Teachers Couples/teachers) and their training qualifications; Work with Human Resources to: coordinate and facilitate completion of pre-employment training orientation requirements/checklists.

SALARY: $35,000.00-$40,000.00

Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Valid Driver's License.
Able to complete online and classroom training to include
CPR and First Aid
Pass a background check
Pass a drug screen
Pay Comments: depending on experience, education & license
