Job Posting: Medical Services Coordinator

Position Summary:

Looking for an individual with knowledge of DIDD and Choices Program(s). This person must be able to articulate program values to members, family model providers, natural supports and external stakeholders. Have the technical knowledge and competence in the agency protocol, admission policies and transition processes.

Seeking an LCSW or LPC to work in collaboration with other facility administrators and assist with daily operation of a psycho-social rehabilitation program. This person must be able to design a treatment milieu to provide individual and group therapy and provide and employment training for the enrolled members. Clinical and employment services are to be offered within the day-center setting and some clinical services will be completed in-home as a wrap around. The applicant must be able to supervise other therapist or social workers and be eligible to provider supervision hours. The applicant must be able to be credentialed under the agency. Therapeutic Treatment emphasis in the following areas: A&D, impulse control, peer relations and behavior management. Applicant must exhibit and possess extreme confidence, good organizational skills and natural ability to initiate leadership and desire to help others.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a LCSW or LPC 
Valid Driver's License.
Able to complete online and classroom training to include

CPR and First Aid
CPI
Pass a background check
Pass a drug screen

Pay rate: $ 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year.
